Rock Climbing at Taman Etnobotani
Gua Musang, Kelantan

Gua Musang literally means "Cave of the Fox" a small town situated at Kelantan, about 4hours drive from center of Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. Gua Musang is surrounded by limestone hills and caves, which have become popular with cavers and rock climbers. It’s bolted with 30 routes from 5b to 7a sport climbing routes.

Besides climbing, Gua Musang has been popular with others outdoor adventure activities such as rafting, hiking Mt. Stong and caving.

Nearest Address: Taman Etnobotani Gua Musang, KM 3, Jalan Persiaran Raya 18300 Gua Musang, Kelantan, Melaysia

Getting there:
By train from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Baru or Singapore to town of Gua Musang, it takes eight to nine hours then takes taxi to the climbing site for about 5mins. It’s about 4hrs drive from city of Kuala Lumpur.

Accommodations: campsites, dormitory and chalets are available within the park of Taman Etnobotani. There are also hotels available in the town of Gua Musang price from RM40 to RM80 which takes 10mins drive from town to the climbing site.

Car-Park: Proper parking bay is available right in front of the crag
Rain Shelter: Available in front of the climbing crag
